Printed shortcut diagram/map?

(Hi all.  I've tried searching, but didn't find anything on this.)

I've never been a big keyboard shortcut guy -- always preferred the classic toolbars -- but I suppose X1 is my cue to start learning shortcuts now.  But I'm a visual learner, so I need something to help me map things out.  I don't want to apply the little vinyl stickers to my keys, and I don't want to buy a special keyboard.  So I'm wondering if someone knows of a simple diagram I can post next to my workstation that maps out where the keys are.

Surely something like this exists ... no?

Thanks in advance, and I apologize if this is an FAQ.  I honestly couldn't find the answer!  Cheers.

In SONAR, choose Help > Keyboard Shortcuts to see a list. You can then print this out, if you'd like.

Thanks, Scott.  That's helpful, but I'm wondering if anyone knows of a diagram ... like a drawing of a keyboard with the shortcuts printed on it.  Anyone know if anything like this?

Just print out Scotts suggestion and make your own in any simple drawing program. Pretty simple to do
