Got the itch... knee pads and a helmet

I need some exercise that I actually think is fun... so I'm going in to town to get a fresh (as in not all sweat soaked and fermented) helmet and some knee pads.

Don't ask me why.

    Why?

In order, then, to discover the limit of deepest tones, it is necessary not only to produce very violent agitations in the air but to give these the form of simple pendular vibrations. - Hermann von Helmholtz, predicting the role of the electric bassist in 1877.

I've been told to follow all instructions carefully, but I don't follow instructions well, so..

    Mark,

I'll go with the comfy chair lounging.

    I miss Philz & Mooch's couches already.

Of course that may only be a reflection of what I'd be using them for.

But you can't be too careful at my age.

    Mooch wanted to play Twister.

    I said yes.
