Got the itch... knee pads and a helmet
I need some exercise that I actually think is fun... so I'm going in to town to get a fresh (as in not all sweat soaked and fermented) helmet and some knee pads. Don't ask me why.

Why?
In order, then, to discover the limit of deepest tones, it is necessary not only to produce very violent agitations in the air but to give these the form of simple pendular vibrations. - Hermann von Helmholtz, predicting the role of the electric bassist in 1877.

SteveStrummerUK He said not to ask. I've been told to follow all instructions carefully, but I don't follow instructions well, so..
