Multiple midi track selection question

Hi, can anyone tell me how you would send multiple midi outs at once to a soft synth in X1? I can't find out where it is nor can I find anything about it in the help files.

In 8.5, I would select all the midi tracks and select tracks/property/output and I could do a send of all tracks to one softsynth. I can't seem to do this in X1 unless I individually send each midi out where I want it. Does anyone know how I can do what I want to do using X1? Thanks in advance.

    Hi,

Do allmost as with 8.5. Just hold down Ctrl to change all selected tracks.

Maybe I was a bit foggy in my description ..

    1. Select the tracks you want to change
(easiest is to use the Console view. Hold down the Ctrl key and click on the tracks to be elected)
    2. Hold down the Ctrl
    3. Select parameter to modify and change its value. In this case, the MIDI-out.

Now all tracks should have the same MIDI-out value.

This wasn't foggy at all...worked perfectly, thanks so much K! You have no idea how crazy this was driving me! I was so mad I closed the program and gave up. Thanks a lot for the info, much appreciated.

    Charlie thank you too. :)
