Another Customer Service Saga (solved) Thanks cakewalk

All I want is the serial numbers for my copy of Dim Pro1.5  that came with X1Producer. I bought the download version with discs.

I didn't get any emails with the serial number for Dim Pro, they're not in my Customer account, nor are they on the CD sleeves of my X1 Disc set. They weren't in my X1 serial number email either.

I've put in a Customer Service Form (6 weeks ago) but no response.
I've also sent an email each week to a Cakewalk insider that I have always dealt with to help solve these issue in the past but perhaps they don't work there anymore as they haven't responded to me either.

So as always I start a thread about my little problem in the hope that someone like Brandon will read it and help me out.

Phone calls from Australia are just not practical; having tried it in the past I know how it works: the call will be answered and you'll sit on hold with no regard that you're calling from overseas.

When I bought X1 I had a saga getting my order through as there was a problem with that. Mind you there was no problem getting my money. It was just getting me the download and the discs.
Every year I get to look forward to at least one Customer Service mishap.

ive been through this before and i dont know if you think c.s is subpar..but i do..i find the best way to deal with this is to do just what your doing with this post so they can see it.
i also found willy jones to be very helpful.i sent him a pm and the next day i got an email from c.s.and an apology.
send one of the higher up mods a pm and they will get it done for you.

    Hi Mike,

The only open ticket I see right now from you in customer service is from 4:35 AM this morning, our Customer Service group is not super backed up currently.  You should expect a reply before the end of our business day today.

Kelly is on vacation right now - she won't be back until next week which is why you have not received a reply from her.

    Sorry for any inconveniences

I've been emailing Kelly every week for the last 4 weeks and the first ticket I lodged was over 6 weeks ago.
