Problems with MIDI tracks

Pretty new to Sonar, actually recording in general (obviously). I started using X1 Studio with no problems whatsoever....until all my midi tracks became unmovable. I can't select them, can't move them, can't edit them, and can't loop them. The backgrounds on the tracks are all white. What's going on? How do I fix this?

    Maybe try looking under the track name, and making sure the drop down list is on clips
