Pro Channel Not Working as 64 bit

I have X1 running fine as 32 bit so decided to install as 64 bit and slowly make the move. But Pro Channel is dead. Presets load but don't work. Everything's still fine with the 32 bit version.
Any ideas"

    Did you turn on the individual modules?

    All I use is X1 x64 and the Pro Channel works for me.

    Yes, modules on etc. I have it working over at the 32 bit version. In both cases I have 246 installed. I can even hear slight clicks when I flick switches - just cant adjust anything and produce a result. Could it be that I have both versions installed that's clogging things?

    EB. I removed a bunch of JBridged plugins, rescanned (twice)  and PC kicked-in. I didn't think of this as I figured it wasn't a VST. Something was blocking the pipe.
