Bit Bridge

Hi everyone. Is there a significant amount of in-depth info in Cakewalk Power 8.0 as opposed to the Sonar on-line help (F1)? I really want to learn as much as possible about all aspects of Sonar and feel like some of the "HELP" info doesn't go that deep. And, for example , I haven't utilized BitBridge yet. So I'm wondering about my WAVES vst 32bit plug-ins. Just alot of things i think i should be way better at after using Sonar for 7 or 8 years. Thanx

If you've been using any 32bit plugs in 64bit Sonar then you've been using BitBridge already. Most plugs simply work without you realising it. There are a few that don't and jBridge takes care of most of those.

Actually I haven't attempted to load any 32 bit plugs yet. What with all the great plugs provided in Sonar PE 8.5.3. Just figured that plug-ins like Boost 11, VC, PX64, VX64, and so on, would more than replace my WAVES Ren bundle quality wise. But I guess it would be great to have those options. Gonna have to research some threads to make sure I load them in the right folder.

    I see you're using Win7 x64,  I naturally assumed you're runing 64bit Sonar, but even a 64 bit Sonar install includes a load of 32bit plugs.
