REWIND question

Is there a keyboard shortcut for rewind and FF? I tried to make a key binding but it rewinds back to the project beginning. And there was no option for a key bind to FF.  I hate using the mouse for it!

Thanks!

There is an option in the top toolbar that allows you to stop and the timeline stay at the stop point, it doesn't rewind to the beginning.

I don't use that..... if you simply click on the time line, the start point moves to that point. very handy when working on a specific place in a tune.

laurie - to my knowledge there's not a shortcut key or keybinding available for rewind or fast forward, only the full rewind to the beginning like you already know about.

Yes, there is a keybinding slot for it. It's not assigned to anything by default. It's in the Global Bindings section under the "--- Extra Commands ----" section.  They're called "Start/Stop Rewind" and "Start/Stop Fast Forward".
