Brass Ballet
This is a piece for brass, percussion, and piccolo, but it is mostly for brass.
Brass Ballet
Please give it a listen and let me know how it sounds.
Marko
P.S. The kids down the block are already dancing to this.

It has a cartoon-ish vibe. This could be more developed intervalically.

Yes, I got that Tom and Jerry vibe from this tune as well. Nice composition. Thanks for sharing this one. I'm looking forward to more of your productions.

Hi Marko - A highly inventive and dramatic piece and I very much like your control of the instruments and the flow. Definitely look forward to hearing more from you.
Best Regards

Thanks jasaras.
Thanks Tap.
Thank you Malcolm.
It seems to be both dramatic and comical. What a blend!
Malcolm,
What is in your Vienna SL collection?

It didn't give me a cartoon feeling, it felt dramatic like the music for a Hitchcock film. Excellent musicianship

Hi Marko - My VSL is Vienna Special Edition with the full range of solo and group Woodwind, Brass, Strings, Percussion, and Keyboards. Basically a full Symphony Orchestra. At the time I bought it, it gave me all I needed as well as a time-limited licence on a few other instruments including guitars and sax (now time expired). For the price, it is a very good entry-level to VSL. I do use it occasionally but it does need a lot of RAM and 'fiddling' around with parameters and so forth to get a good sound. So I tend to be selective and use GPO for the majority of my instruments. This link gives more info:

Hope this helps but if you have any questions, please feel free to message me here.
Best Regards
Malcolm
