Fixing odd volume fluctuations?

I have a test project in which there is a single instance of Roland GrooveSynth. I have a one measure step sequencer pushing the TR-909 set. On loop, the first time through the volume is as expected, but on second loop the volume jumps to full and fades back out to normal. I haven't inserted any volume, or any other, messages, so what's going on?

Any change if you bounce the SS clip down to normal MIDI clip?

Hi and thanks for replying. I am not sure what caused it. I let it run about 8 times, and then the oddity disappeared. wth? Anyway, it seems to have gone away now. Still, it'd be interesting to know why in case I see it again.

As it resolved before you posted, I can't exactly test bouncing to midi clip.
