Sonar 8.5.3 - ''losing'' output assignments on tracks ??...

Over the last few days, I had the surprise of having to reassign audio outputs, as launching a project prompted that some tracks did not have audio output (although they had, and *yes* project was saved before quit).

As I also saved some (not all) of those projects in Bundle on distinct Hard drives, could this process be responsible for changing the ''normal'' project that remained unchanged ?

    make sure your RME is on and fully booted up before starting sonar.

    Ditto! I do a lot of recording on my laptop and then transfer to desktop for further work, The originals will have the Tascam inputs assigned but when I open the project on the desktop all the input assignments will change to random M-audio inputs. The only one that stays the same is  Left input 1.
    If for some reason I have turned off my interfaces Sonar will have the input selector greyed out.
