Bitbridge "Producer" vs. Bitbridge "Studio" and Jamstix?

Hello,
I am a new user who is having problems with BitBridge and wondering if I could get some help/info from anyone?

I have one single 32bit vst plugin called Jamstix3. It can load, but it can’t save anything. Whenever trying to “save” anything I get an error from BitBridge something like this: “Access violation at address 77CEE823 in module ‘ntdll.dll’ Read of address 6FE004E”

I have X1b Studio build 255.

This is my hardware setup: (all Bios and drivers are updated)
motherboard = msi 890GXM -G65
chipset = AMD 890GX
CPU = AMD Phenom II X4 965 3.4Ghz (4 cores)
memory = 4X 2GB DDR3 1333mhz Kingston Lifetime
hard drives = 4X 500GB (2 in a RAID 0) SATA WD Blue
video = NVIDIA GFORCE 8600GT, HDMI
audio = ECHO MIA (with updated drivers)

The only other music software I have installed is:
Komplete 7 (which is working fine in Sonar)
Jamstix 3 (installed into C:\Jamstix) plugin installed into: C:\Program Files(x86)\Cakewalk\vstplugings

People in the Jamstix forum say that it works with Sonar, but I have re-installed multiple times on two different PC’s always with the same results.

Is there a different version of BitBridge in Producer than the one in Studio?
Is there an update for BitBridge?
Are there any newer versions of BitBridge coming out?

Thank You much for any help/information

    Thank You for the reply -

    I did try the demo of JBridge, but I could not get Jamsitx to load at all so I uninstalled it. I'm still waiting to find out if the people who have Jamstix and 64bit Sonar working, are using "Studio" or "Producer".

    The instructions for JBridge were sparse - maybe I left something out - do you know of a good link for JBridge Instructions? I could try to install it again.

    Thanks for the info

    Jamstix 3 and X1 Producer 64 via bitbridge works fine on my system.

    Sonar X2 Producer 64 bit
    Sonar X1 Producer Expanded 64 bit
    Sonar 8.5.3 Producer 32/64 bit
    Windows 7 64 bit

    As far as I'm aware there is only one Bitbridge.

    The error you're seeing sounds like a permission problem. Does Jamstix run ok in standalone mode? Did you install it using full administrator privs? Do you have UAC turned off?
