Drum Grooves Crashing

Whenever I use drum grooves in dimension pro (Sonar X1 Producer) it crashes the application. Any feedback on what is causing this? I would really like to use the drum grooves.

Running Dell Studio XPS with AMD Phenom 2 six core processor, Sata2, 12g memory, Sonar X-1 Producer, Tascam US 144 Mk2 USB audio interface. Korg keyboard, Gibson j45, Ibanez RG5.

    I submitted a problem report about the DinPro drum loops because they crash my system too but was told they couldn't duplicate the problem - case closed. They still crash my system - every time - and Sonar has been completely stable on my system other the that issue. The Bakers do not apparently see this as a problem. I gave up.
