Audio Guitar Track Has Fuzz, Distortion Pops etc. EZDrummer Also has weird Fuzz distortion
OK first things first I bought Ezdrummer and Sonar HS7 then Sonar X1 Essential while I was using a HP Pavilion DV7-1285DX Entertainmanmet PC with Vista 64bit and I had no Issues like I now.
Now My HP Died and Since I had Best Buy ADH insurance I was authorized to find a replacement and I personally think this Laptop is 4X the laptop I had This is a ASUS G73-SW with
Intel Core i7 2.0Ghz-2.9Ghz on boost quad core with 8 way processing
8 Gig DDR3 1333Mhz ram expandable to 16Gig
Nvidia Geforce GTX 460M with 1.5 GB Dedicated
Realtek HD audio With Creative EAX Advanced HD5.0 and THX Tru Studio Pro
Seagate Momentous 750Gig HD
My Hp had
Intel Core duo 2.4Ghz Processors
6Gig DDR2 800Mhz ram expandable to 8 Gig
Nvidia GeForce ?? with 512MB Dedicated
SRS Sound HD audio
500Gig HD
I am a bit puzzled as I used the stock sound on my HP with no issues as I ran it directly into my Alesis M-EQ230 which runs into my Behringer CX3400 X-over and from there into my 2X CS800's and CS-400 which power my cabinets
I do know I can run my Itunes, Netflix, basically any other type of audio I use other then Sonar X1 through the onboard sound card with no hint of an issue, I can even Run EZDrummer using Toontrack Solo which allows it to stand alone and it plays flawlessly
I am sure it must be something to do with Windows 7 as I had Vista 64 before or something simple I have not ran into yet that will cure this issue and I did try to search the Sonar X1 Essential forum first but came up with 0 returns
Thanks in advance for helping me with this,
Oh one more thing I did attempt to turn down teh Master Level and every level adjustment I could find just to make sure I was not clipping somehwere and it really knocked the volume down but still did not seem to affect the Popping, Fuzziness, Distortion .
The best way I can explain it is almost like clipping a pre amp somehwere but I don't see how.
