Real Band/BIAB to Sonar x1 Question

I just started using my real band 2008.5 and I created some really cool tracks.  I am trying to save/export these individual real tracks to Sonar x1 and can't seem to figure it out.  The tracks were created with Real Band so they are audio tracks.  If anyone has exprerience with this I 'd appreciate any advice.

Thanks,
Alan

In BIAB you can click on the instrument name and drag it into a track in X1.

or bounce the tracks to wave files and import them into Sonar. I think if you right click on the instrument names, then you can export it as a wave file from that menu.
    Hope this helps.

Just use export wave files and import them into Sonar. Real Band allows for exporting as individual waves. At least it does in versio 2011, and if I rememebr correstly 2008.5 did the same. I do most song beds in RB and love the way i can move it to where i want with the new plugin mode. But the old export work great as well.

I'd Seize the day but i can't quite reach it!
