X1 user needs more details on X1 LE

A friend of mine is getting into digital recording for the first time.  He bought Cakewalk's UA-4FX audio interface which comes with Sonar LE.

I'm not positive yet if that Sonar LE will be X1 LE, or if it could be the older 8.5 LE--?

My friend lives in England, I'm in the U.S.  I'll be helping him via email best I can.  What I need is a clear understanding of what he does and doesn't have.  Looking around for info on LE, I see all sorts of conflicting info, probably because some things I've found are referring to previous versions of LE.

I do understand the basic specs of LE - 32 audio tracks, 64 MIDI, 8 buses etc.  And he's apparently getting Studio Instruments Drums, Cakewalk Sound Center and Rapture LE.

It looks like 10 audio FX come with LE-- Please could someone tell me which ones they are, so I'll know which ones to refer to?  I don't want to assume my friend will be able to answer too many questions himself for awhile, since it's all totally alien to him.

Any info re: the above would be much appreciated.  The more I know, the better equipped I'll be to help my buddy get up and running.  Thanks.

X1 LE includes and uses all of the Project 5 plugins, Studio verb2, Para Q, Chorus, ect. Its also limited to 24 total effects, and 8 sends. Hope this helps.

Since the time I posted this question, I discovered that I could download an LE version of Sonar, and as it turns out, it's the same one my pal in England has - Sonar 8 LE.  That's great, because now I can check exactly what he has available as I try to help him as he susses out the program.  I don't know if the X1 LE version is substantially different, but I thought it could be the only one available as add-ons to hardware purchases now.  I guess that depends on how long a unit has been sitting on the shelf.  I'm glad that I now have the same program as he does.  Thanks for the tips.
