Two issues have appeared!

I posted about one issue about two weeks ago and never got any reply. I am still having some strangeness and wonder if anyone has experienced it yet. Since then I have found two more issues.
#1- The midi effects is greyed out  and not working on the top of the toolbar under Process/Apply Effect in both 32 and 64. It is available if you right click on the midi track and access it from there.
#2- The note duration changes by it self. Ex/ Set the note durations for 1/2 note. Edit by right clicking on a note to edit any parameter. If you have changed several notes in a row, the duration changes to what ever the last note was you editted. Check the Smart Tool and the duration is still the same as your original setting, but it is writing the note duration of whatever the last note that you editted a parameter of!
#3- I have also noticed when using SonarPlus, the dot in the staff view note menu does not work on Half, or Whole notes. The only way to get the duration longer is to right click the note and change it there.
I hope I get responses this time. I am wondering if the last Patchfix screwed around with some settings or something. I did not notice this stuff until after I applied 255. Should I role back to 246? Anyone Else?
