Controllers in PRV

I am using Garritan JABB.  There are many CCs specific to instruments in JABB.

I have setup a template for a jazz band that includes all the instruments, channels, etc.

I want to setup the specific CCs for each instrument in the template as well. However, it is here that I am experiencing a problem.

I can add the CC in the PRV but unless I put data into the CC lane it is removed when I close the PRV.  Is there a way to keep the CC lane open so I can save it in the template without putting in bogus data?
