Another saga - **BIG apology to Cakewalk esp Customer Service.**

I unreservedly apologize for my remarks and complaints about not getting any response to my Cusotmer Service enquiries.
as well as emails I've sent to Cakewalk employees about my Dim Pro matters.

For a reason I haven't gotten to the bottom of yet my gmail email account has been "Fetching" emails from my personal email account.

I don't use the gmail account but happened to have a reason to look there this afternoon and found 340 emails I'd not seen before. Much of it was junk mail but a dozen or so were emails for which I had been waiting. Not just from Cakewalk but others too.

It's only happened in the last month or so but explains this issue as well as a few other personal matters regarding non-received email.

I suspect it has something to do with changes to my iPhone settings recently. I hope its fixed now.

Again my most humble apologies for not only complaints without cause but my attitude as well.

the very reason cakewalk puts these measures in place to protect there products is the same reason it drives the users away.
my latest sega with support has made me stop posting here as frequent and explore other options.
i hope you get this worked out mike.your a faithful user that cake cant afford to lose.
the burden that this forum takes off of tech support is increadable.

in my opinion cakewalk should set up a whole area itself just for regestration and activation.
    p.m. willy...hes a good guy.he cares and he'll get it done
hope this gets resolved soon and hope the bump helps.peace

If you go to your Cakewalk web page and go to downloads,do you have a folder ready for download named Elite Pack? I bought several files and this is how they were labled.Do you have an old email on the CW account? Maybe it went there?

I admit the process for getting a download from the website is not the most intuitive. Best of luck to you in getting it all figured out!

Did you check at store.cakewalk.com? Sign on there and it should list all of your products and serials.

What part of every day I check my customer account don't folks understand?

Also I have my serial number otherwise it wouldn't install.

I don't want a download. I have Dim Pro on disc.

It's my Registration/Activation code that I don't have so once you install a product it's only good for 30 days.
