Prosciutto Ice Cream!


I stumbled onto this.  I know unusual becan products have been discussed before, but I just had to share this one since prosciutto is Italian becan.

    I knew a Prosciutto once.  She would only eat Ice Cream.

    I guess they make it specially for her.

    I like my ice cream with prosciutto, fresh mozzarella, roasted red peppers, balsamic vinegar, premium extra virgin olive oil and a little salt.

    so why can't they just call becan....BECAN???  do they have to have a different name for EVERYTHING????

    Sometimes when I ask for becan I get funny looks.

    Perhaps I should ask for proper becan becan.

    They're Italians.  Like most other countries, they have their own names for stuff--mostly to annoy and confuse us Americans.    That, or so they can charge more because it's imported.
