IK Multimedia CSR reverbs - settings keep reverting

When using any of the IK Multimedia reverbs, I usually start by selecting a preset and then alter some of the settings as required.  Lately I have noticed that the settings are not remaining as have I set them.  On reloading a Sonar project, these reverbs seem to be reverting to their original preset values.  Has anyone else experienced this problem?

    That is way out the norm. Does this happen with any other plugs?

    That is way out the norm. Does this happen with any other plugs?    
    I only began to notice the problem yesterday on the CSR Plate and the CSR Inverse reverbs.  It would explain why some of my recent mixes have been sounding a bit wierd.  I haven't seen it happening on any other plugins.  I will check it out further later today.

    I've just been experimenting.  I tried creating a new project and inserting the 2 plugins into 2 audio tracks.  I selected a few settings, then closed and re-opened the project.  It seemed to be working ok at first.  But after selecting the "Rev Backbeat" preset on the CSR Inverse reverb, the problem started occurring for this plugin.  Also, after deleting the CSR Plate and inserting a new CSR Plate, and using it without selecting a preset, the problem started occurring with this one too.

    The Reverb Time parameter is the one that always keeps resetting.  I can't be sure whether any of the other parameters are sometimes changing too, although I think that the Mix percentage did change at one stage.

    This is weird. Have you filled out a support ticket? Sounds like its just CSR so definitely contact our support so we can get it fixed. :)

    OK.  But first I would like to know whether or not any other CSR users are experiencing similar problems.  Or is it just me?

    I have the CSR Hall. I don't really use it though. I can't get it to work in stereo. It makes everything mono.

    Notation, the original DAW. Everything else is just rote. We are who we are and no more than another. Humans, you people are crazy.
