I've just returned from a ride on a shiny Chopper...

 
Yes indeed, the bike I hired from Raleigh was absolutely fantastic.
 
On my ride I passed a pond and saw some frog spawn.
 
A little later, I crossed a small stream and observed some tadpoles swimming around.
 
And just before I got home, I had to slow down to avoid running over a couple of frogs.
 
I think it was a life cycle.

That's a little insensitive, isn't it, Strummy?  How do you know they were French?  When you almost ran them over, was one of them wearing a beret?

That's due to my sensitive and tactful nature. 

It's also due to the fact that I hope to be able to eat some chili cheese fries again someday, so I can't afford to make any enemies over there just yet.
