How can I link a VST Audio Effects to a midi track?

Hi there,

If I want to control a VST audio Effects (like a VST Vocoder) with my midi controler, what should I do?
The plugin doesn't appear in the output of my midi track as if it would appear in the case of a VST Instrument.

    insert the efx as a VST instrument, You might have to go into your plugin manager to enable it as a vst instrument. After that is done , just Insert it as VST instrument in the efx bin then insert a midi track and in the midi tracks Inspector choose the instrument midi channel you wanna use and arm and record away..

    Computer - Intel Q9550, Intel BX48bt2 MB, W8 64 bit. 8 gb Ram, SSD  
    Hardware - Tascam Fw1884 Control surface only, Ni S49 Komplete Kontroll,Roland Quad Capture, Ni Machine,Kore, Focusrite A/D converter, Blue Mic, Roland Gaia, Akai Mpk49, Yamaha HS80 Monitors.
    Software - Sonar Platinum , Vengeance VPS bundle,Sugar Bytes Effectrix, Turnado, NI Komplete 10 Ultimate, Dune, Rob Papen  Blade , Delay, Punch Evolved.

    I didnt try the Plug-in Properties option on the plugin manager. It fully works.
