assigning drum maps

I'm reading Sonar X1 Power! on page 124 about Creating Drum Maps.
It says about creating a drum map:  "To do that you need to use the Drum Map Manager, which you can access by clicking any MIDI track Output control and choosing Drum Map Manager."
 
On my MIDI tracks I don't see the Output control.  This is a stupid question, I know, but, where is the Output control?

    Hi Greg,

    Check out page 40 to see a picture of the audio and MIDI track controls with callouts. You'll see the MIDI track Output control shown there as well.

    When I click to insert a MIDI track, and I open it up, it doesn't look like Figure 3.4 in Sonar X1 Power! on page 40.  In that photo where it has the MIDI track, it has the Volume, Input, Output, Channel, Bank and Patch. 

    Mind doesn't.   When I open mine up, it has "Clips" under where it says MIDI  (Name), with the Mute, Solo, etc.   But there's nothing under where it says "Clips."

    So I can't set the output or input, etc.   Is there something I need to do to display the rest?

    Yes... at the top of the Track view (located just above the first track in the list), you'll see a control that's probably labeled with the word Custom. Click that control and choose All from the menu.

    You can also use the Inspector to change Track parameters.
