OK. All in good time. I've found a deli and a farmer's market and each time I've asked for the pork roll one guy behind the counter started singing Springsteen and the other asked if I was from NJ. Apparently, no one knows about pork roll outside of the NJ/PA/NY area.

Funny you mention Taylor Ham, I am leaving the house now to meet my wife for breakfast and my intention is to order a Taylor Ham, Egg and Cheese on a round roll (with ketchup) ... come to think about it, I may get it on an everything bagel ... did I mention the I take Lipitor and Benicar.

That sounds good. The ketchup is optional for me. Sometimes, I'm in the mood for and other times I'm not. What really makes for me is grilled onions. You may want to double your dose of Lipitor, etc. right before you have that bagel.  Bon appetite.
