Sonar X1b " Plugin Layouts " not loading ?????

Howdy fellow Sonar'ites
 
Just went to make my own custom plugin layout - worked fine - however, when I then go to load it, it doesnt show up to load  ??
 
Is this a known issue - never had this problem with 8.5.3  ???
 
Is there a fix / workaround ?

    did you make sure and save the layout after you made it

    Plugin Layouts are saved in a file with a .pgl file extension, in a folder usually named Plug-in Menu Layouts.  The folder location is shown in Preferences/File/Folder Locations.  Typically it's in something like...

    C:\Documents and Settings\<userID>\Application Data\Cakewalk\SONAR X1 Producer\Plug-in Menu Layouts

    If it doesn't seem to be there, try doing global search for files with a *.pgl extension and see what you come up with.

    You do need to explicitly save the layout to a file.
