Studioverb 2 (DX) missing in Sonar X1 download?

Can Cakewalk or anyone confirm please whether Studioverb 2 should have been installed by default in a x64 installation of the Sonar X1 Producer download. In my installation I have all the other Half Rack effects listed in the marketing blurb, but Studioverb 2 does not appear in Plugin Manager, the browser, or the Cakewalk/SharedPlugins directory with the other Half Rack effects.
Call me old fashioned, but I still like to use DSP FX Studioverb for orchestral string sections and had hoped that studioverb 2 would let me carry on the tradition using my new Sonar X1b x64 installation.

I believe Studioverb is a 32bit DX plug and therefore is not included in a 64bit install.   32bit VST plugs are run using BitBridge (or jBridge) but 32bit DX does not run in 64bit.
