Move tracks around in Console Veiw

Can I move tracks around in console veiw with X1? I used to in 8.5 but can't seem to figure out how in X1? Anybody know how? If not what a bummer!

    Yes, this feature was added back into X1 with the X1b update. Press and hold ALT. Then click and drag the strip.
