Noel Borthwick shows his stuff

Although the star of the family is Noel's wife Ramona, and she's definitely got chops, he's no slouch either. Check out their quintet here. Noel's bit kicks in around the 4 minute mark.

Cool! Was this an improvisation? I seen a stand so thought maybe it wasn't. Good stuff either way.

    Amazing.

Not one BSOD, dropout or MIDI failure.

Note the prominent use of real, as opposed to virtual, instruments. No laptop in sight. No loops, no prerecorded tracks, no drum machine, no pitch corrector, not even any DSP effects.

And yet, this is the same fellow who gave us the Matrix View. Go figure.

    Now you did it Bit.

Noel will drudge down here to read the reviews of the vid.

He'll read 10,000 of my posts and the CH will be closed down.

Very nice... I especially like the bassist, very smooth player.  If you look in back of Noel - it looks like he has a small hard disc recorder of some kind. Maye it's being used as a mixer as well.
