How are the Help files and tutorials in X1?

For a certain reason I ask this here.

In the SONAR PE, Studio etc. forum I've used to refer to the SONAR DVD with 1500 pages of info plus the tutorials.

How is it now with X1 when there's more options for downloading?
I'm not going to upgrade to X1, but so many things are the same that I dare to answer some questions in X1 forum as well.

If you upgrade from SONAR to X1, can you DL it and thus not have the X1 DVD? Are the help files and tutorials equally big in DL-verions?

Is it theoretically possible to have a DL-version without the tutorials?

There have been a few eager beginners up there lately who really get me close to burning my fuses. I've noticed that quite a few of you guys have much more patience with the panheads who don't even know that they don't know and get agitated if you ask them to do the homework.

Nowadays I try to follow the rule that if the question includes no indication of that the OP has tried to search the Help files etc., I will not answer directly, but try to give hints of where the answers can be found.

Maybe I wear a hat too tight, as we say, but the youngsters today take it granted that they can copy their essays from internet and always get by with no sweat. Maybe I would have done the same, but there were no means 45 years ago....:o/  :o)

SONAR PE 8.5.3, Asus P5B, 2,4 Ghz Dual Core, 4 Gb RAM, GF 7300, EMU 1820, Bluetube Pre  -  Kontakt4, Ozone, Addictive Drums, PSP Mixpack2, Melda Creative Pack, Melodyne Plugin etc.
The benefit of being a middle aged amateur is the low number of years of frustration ahead of you.

Spend a few posts* down here with Bapu and you'll soon learn where we get our patience.

Playing devils advocate for the noobs, the tutorials don't go into great detail on much of the minutae of recording/producing that a lot of us take for granted, and the 1500 page help file is a great reference guide if you already know what you're doing...

What they should be doing is giving away a free copy of Scott's "Power" book with each download as the beginers guide to Sonar.
