Buying new computer

I'm looking at buying a new computer 1. Sweetwater Creation Station 64Bit, or 2. PC Audio Lab Rok Box 64Bit. My questions are, which one would be the best buy? and the other is should I purchase a i5 or i7 processor? My DAW is Sonar 1x Producer.
