Keyboard Shortcuts for set From = Now, set Thru = Now [Solved]

Hi all,
 
Just a quick one - in previous versions of Sonar  I used to use keyboard shortcuts F9 and F10 to set the selection From and Thru times to while a piece was playing.
These function keys now seem to be used for something else (tool cycling).
 
Does anyone know what the new shortcut is for "Set From = Now" and "Set Thru = Now" in X1?

    I know you can bind this i seen it in the  list but I don't know of a default binding....

    Got it!    Ctrl F6  and Ctrl+Shift F6  respectively.

    Anyone know the new mappings for these in X1?

    Alt +F6  and Alt + Shift + F6.   Seeing a pattern?   Why am I doing all of your work?!?
