Snare drums with brushes

To all and Cakewalk

I find it impossible to find a sample, vst, drum kit, drum software or any other source for the sound of a stand alone snare
drum played with brushes as in a cocktail group style. So far, I find suggestions to spend hundreds of dollars for software containing possible answers. Blogs sending me to sources that are expensive dead ends.
    I wish to record simple guitar music with brush snare and bass. No rock, no huge NI program of overkill. Just a snare drum.
Cakewalk has tons of drum set called "brush sets". I own everything Cakewalk has. Still not even close.
Am I the only one left in the world that would use a brush snare sound ?
Does anyone out there feel my pain ? Why is simplicity the hardest thing to find ?

    It would be nice just to have a basic trap set.  I've found pattern's that work, but end up editing out a bunch of unwanted notes. Then groove quantize.

    I too would love to have a drum program that offers nice brushes...

    I hope this is not a repeat of what you have been steered to already. Just last night I was looking at stuff on Drums on Demand and they have put together a whole package of loops that are nothing but brushes...loops. the samples I listened to sound pretty good. I think that pack was about $50

    I have found that Superior Drummer 2 has really good brushed snare samples
