Missing Width presets in Channel Tools

Hi All

I have some presets in Channel Tools but I am missing the additional presets like 'increased width, reduced width, Mono Centre etc).
Any body else missing these or know how to resinstall them?

I've got a clean install of Sonar X1 Producer @ X1b 255.
