Roland TD3/Session Drummer

I'm trying to get my TD3 module to communicate with session drummer. I've had it working before but I usually work with audio tracks and can"t remember every setting involved.  I was hoping someone could possibly tell me what some of my settings should be such as : Midi channel and midi out and such.  I'm using a Delta 1010 for this.
