tempo change problem

hello.think u have got this question before. but cant find a solution here.

for me it shulde ben simpel, but sems that proamerers like to have it coplicated.

to the point, i just whant to change the tempo for the wole porject so , rigth now i dont realy kow what i have done, but i use a Mall
that have all stoff that i use to use, thingis rigtn now, the tempo is canging in the som from 160 to 130, hey, i dont whant a rolercoster song.
and still i dont know or faind, where i just change the whole song to just one bpm for it. realy realy anoing, even tryed to read the manual,
not realy helpfull.

so some one, how do i change so my project have the same bpm , and not going upp and down ?

I suggest opening the Tempo Map View.  In the main Menu click VIEWS, then TEMPO.

The tools are in the upper left corner of the Tempo View. Use the ERASE tool to erase all the inserted tempos already there. Then use the DRAW TOOL to click in the desired tempo. Use the DRAW LINE TOOL to draw in tempo slopes so the tempo changes more gradually. Use the ZOOM buttons on the right side to zoom in/out vertically to different tempo resolutions. A good place to start is to zoom in/out until every horizontal line is one different in tempo from the ones directly above and below. 100, 101, 102, 103, etc.

The Tempo View is a very important tool and I suggest using it and becoming familiar with it.

To piggyback on this thread, is it possible to simply copy a segment of time containing tempo changes and paste that at another location? Not at my desk right now.
 
And is there a way to make the tempo view scroll with the piano roll view? (in sonar 8.5 or X1? I'm on 8.3).
