i have Guitar Rig 4 Full already installed - X1 install wants to uninstall it?

Hi guys - i am installing Sonar X1 producer, but i already have 8.5 producer, and i also already have Guitar Rig 4 full version.
The X1 installation is installing Guitar Rig 4 right now.  It is asking to uninstall the existing Guitar Rig 4 full version.  Should i cancel? [my only option]
If i cancel will my X1 install otherwise be OK?

I'm kind of hanging by my fingernails here...

    Just hit cancel on the GR4 installer. That's actually a separate installer and will not affect your X1 install.

    Yep, just click cancel and the installer will continue without installing GR.
