X1 Metronome no show!

Trying to set up the metronome in X1 unfortunately, I am not getting any sound from it at all. All I seem to get is the number count down 4,3,2,1. How can I set it up to work effectively?

Thanks in advance!

No automatic metronome default blaring away at the start of each song? Count your blessings.

(Check the slider volume control. And make sure the metronome is engaged.)

I guess you have to be popular to get a response/. anyway thanks but the sliders are all working but still not getting the metronome to work tried everything possible audio/midi.

Im only asking, if some one has had this problem before could you let me know how to resolve it.

I have been using Cakewalk products for a while now so I would not classify myself as a novice, for some reason it is not making a sound.

I have tried using the bus and setting it to metronome with the sound coming through my sound card. still nothing!

Im usually very good and dont need to ask any questions but here I am showing my vulnerablity up against the cakewalk firing squad and there debating whether to shoot me or leave to suffer in the gas chamber of the cakewalk forums.

    Im not a jew honest!!!

p (for preferences) and check your routing and play/record settings under the metronome tab.

    (p) preference thanks mate!

I have tried that already no show. No clicksI have routed the Metronome bus through the master to output still nothing.

    Its a shame...

    Thanks anyhow

Maybe the intention in this version was not for anyone to be able to use the metronome (maybe).

What a great forum, what a great Product! I wonder if Fred Flintstone would help me?

Really? You're going to post that and honestly think there won't be repercussions? Thread locked. User banned for one week.
