Please donate posts to help a friend in need
As many of you know, for reasons beyond his control, our friend bapu was barely able to make a single post for 2 days. This has put him at a severe post count deficiency that he may never be able to overcome. So please donate a post here in his name to help him. How large and unfunny you make it is up to you.
In order, then, to discover the limit of deepest tones, it is necessary not only to produce very violent agitations in the air but to give these the form of simple pendular vibrations. - Hermann von Helmholtz, predicting the role of the electric bassist in 1877.

Since no one else will I will. Friends ..Bapu as you know is the only person we know that can sneeze with his eyes open, spent most of his life at a red light, born in the ladies room during a dance, Starts breathing again when he feels blue, and like a slinky makes us laugh every time he tumbles down the stairs. I could go on for days! He needs our support! Our days wouldn't be the same without a Bapuism thrown out for the amusement of the forums. Think of how it would be if we had to rely on Beagle!!! In closing I must say how hungry I Am so I'm gonna get something to eat!

I've asked my company to donate matching posts. They won't, but I think I may be able to talk them into donating some post holes. All those posts have to go somewhere.

I have an honary PhD (Post hole digger)! You can use that to create all the space you need for all the matching posts folks donate.

Ok. I don't know what kind of post hole this is, but they had me dig it out and put this big granite slab at one end sticking up in the air. It took me all morning, but it's about six feet deep. I called them and told them I was done and they said they'd send someone right over to fill it in. I'm assuming they'll help me out first.
