Help! TuneUp Utilities 2011 causing my DAW computer to lock-up at Startup

So I figure I try the new TuneUp Utilities 2011 trial and after the grace period, I tried to uninstall the program but am now getting an error message. 

"This application has failed to start because rtl120.bpl was not found.  Re-installing the application may fix this problem."

Well I tried to re-install the program but it gives me another error message in which it states that I have a newer version of the trial installed.

I also tried to download rtl120.bpl over the net and placing it into the TuneUp Utilities folder but I received another message which correlates with rtl120.bpl

I've also tried Windows Install Clean Up

Doing a system restore also does not help

Whatever the case, I no longer can use my DAW PC because it completely locks up when it tries to load TuneUp Utilites at Startup.  I know it's TU because other programs can open fine when I click on it while programs load at Startup but when it gets to TU, the problem arises.

I highly recommend anyone with a DAW set-up to avoid this particular program until they make it possible to uninstall their program without effecting the system.  It's a great program with great purpose intent, but when it renders a system inoperable because of install/uninstall/startup issues, it should be avoided.
