No FX on vocals??? What?

No FX on vocals??? What?

OK-for some reason I can record vocals-same as I always do but when I play them back and add my favorite FX, no fx are there, only the dry signal. I have tried Lexicon rev, Perfectspace (which is my go to, Pro channel-nothing. Something has happened that has by[assed the fx? I put the fx right in the vocal track fx bin-nothing. Dry signal sound fine. I guess I did something but I cannot figure it out. I am sure it is something real dumb, but what? Tried a send to a reverb bus, nothing?

    First thing to try. 
    In the effects bin right click. Make sure Bypass Bin is not checked. 


    That's my first guess.

    Well, I saved it and reopened and the FX worked? I have to do a new recording and see if it was a fluke. I used a send a nd direct FX bin-not bypassed, but thanks. So I have no idea. Too late now, I have to go to work tomorrow. I will try again tomorrow nioght and post back.
    This has never happened before?
