What's with all this balming lately?

Is the air too dry in the Coffee House lately?

Everybody is balming someone here for something.

What is this balming of which you speak?

The space you have will always be exceeded in direct proportion to the amount of stuff you have...Thornton's Postulate.

Balming is pointing the back of your hand at others while pointing your finger at yourself. As opposed to blaming others by pointing your finger at them. Generally used in aboriginal cultures where confrontation is frowned upon.

    Gear: A bunch of stuff.

    Hi Middleman,

Interesting.  Does that mean that we're the aboriginal culture of the CH?

    Thanks,
    Jan

You see, while most aboriginal tribes have their own musical scale usually consisting of very few notes (four and sometimes only three), we only have one in our Coffee House scale: Am.   I guess our first goal is to evolve up to the Warao Indians of Venezuela with their Warao Ditonic scale (two notes).

Needless to say, our scale only affords us one mode as well which we call "Bapu Mode."

Interesting.  I learn something new every day.  Wouldn't it be "Bapu a la Mode"?
