How to select multiple tracks and how to rearrange bus strips?

In X1 how does one now:

1) Select multiple tracks, in the track view, so as to set  "Selected Track Outputs" simultaneously.
2) In the console view rearrange bus strips.

I'm a bit rusty but it seems in the first case, in 8.5, you could ctrl/select multiple tracks and in the second just select and drag.
In the meantime I'll continue searching the PDF.
Thank you

That is exactly the same in X1. Has never changed. If you mean set the output of multiple tracks. You control select all the tracks and "while " still holding down the control key select the output on one and all will change.

    1. Select the tracks you want to change. Then press and hold CTRL on your PC keyboard and then change the Output on one of the selected tracks to change them all.

    2. Press and hold ALT and then click/drag the modules left/right in the Console view.

    Hi Jorn,

Ha! I'm not sure... maybe a Vulcan mind meld will work?

Seriously though... the Sonar X1 Power edition for Kindle should be available in about 1 or 2 months. Check out this topic here in the forum for more info... just scroll down a bit on that page...

    Thank you, problem solved.
    1) I was mistakenly expecting the entire background of a selected track to change colors indicating it was selected instead of just the background of the track number.
    2) I could have sworn I'd tried every conceivable combination of keys...apparently not.
