Tried it on sandwiches for lunch today. Ok, but I think I'll have the two separately from now on.
But, from a forum point of view, it's like both good and evil together isn't it?

This reminds me ... a buddy is coming to visit from the East Coast in a few weeks. He's bringing me a couple pounds of Scrapple. Mmm mmm. It's basically all that's left over from processing a pig all ground up in to a gray clump, hair, brains, liver, bones, everything. It's best sliced thin and fried in real butter until crisp then put molasses on it for breakfast w/eggs. Can't get it here in Iowa which is ironic seeing how more pigs are raised here than anywhere else in the country (and world if I'm not mistaken). Us Pennsylvania Dutch folk have the bestest foods. Scrapple, Lebanon Bologna, Molasses Pie.
