how to migrate all Sonar settings to new PC

I am migrating from an old 32-bit XP machine to a new 64-bit W7 machine. (I am running Sonar 32-bit on the old machine.) As part of this process, I want to initially continue running Sonar 8.5 on the new machine, but this time as a 64-bit application. On the new machine, I intend to replicate my environment from the old one as far as audio settings, path locations, etc.

Is there a way that I can "easily" migrate all of my global settings (e.g. audio settings, instrument definitions, MIDI channel names, path assignments for data types such as audio, etc.)?

Or, do I have to enter it all in manually in the new 64-bit installation of Sonar 8.5 on the new machine?

    I'd think it would have to be done manually machine to machine. 

    If there is a simplified way, I'm not in the know.

    Anyone else?

    Can only be done from one version to another on the same machine.

    You'll have to make some records of your various paths and settings etc and manually enter them into your new installation.

    Instrument ddefinitions are already saved in files that can be copied to your new machine.
