Cakewalk Praise and Minor RAM Inconsistency [SOLVED]

First off, I would like to thank Cakewalk for making X1 such a fine product.  It has addressed many issues I've personally had and the workflow improvements alone get me all giddy (multidock, skylight, reorganization of menus, hotkeys, etc.).  I've also seen performance increase, as a project (the one posted below) I had before wouldn't open in 8 Pro because of memory issues and now it does in X1.  The interface is gorgeous and I just want to give an all around pat on the back!  I too work in a field where you can do so many things right, but one wrong thing can make someone so critical.  I'm very happy I made the leap to X1.

My question involves the performance module and it really only worries me because it seems I may not be using all the potential of my 4 GB of RAM.  As you will see below, the screen shot of the Task Manager shows around a 2 GB use of memory total and so does the performance module in X1.  But the % in the performance module says I'm using 20%, when 2 GB is %50 of my total RAM.  Just wondering if it truly is inconsistent or I'm just missing something.  Thanks!

Welp, figured out the 2 GB per process limit.  That solves that!  Sorry for the bother but the praise stands the same.  I also found out about jbridge... the door has opened even more.

20% of 10,055,792 (Commit Limit*) is 2,011,158 (or approx 2G).

    * Physical memory + Virtual memory (swap file).

Ah I get it.  I have 4 GB physical memory and around 6 GB for my swap file.  Forgot about that thanks man!
