How to copy effect plugin??

Hello All,
Is it possible to copy an effect/plugin? Let's say you are in track view (well, I guess mixer view as well), and you "insert" an effect in the bin, you can drag that effect from one bin to another. However, that effect is no longer in the original bin. What if you wanted to take an existing plugin, the settings and all and, copy it to another track?? Can anyone tell me how to do this?

Thanks for any help.

OMG. Duh! Lol. I am on a Windows machine, right?? Thank you so much, I guess it has been a long day. I have not even checked this solution and I have no doubt it is correct.

Though I will now bury my head, thank you just the same.
