I dunno,  don't touch the stuff. You'll have to ask the old man in the Blues Brothers Movie.  ... "Got my Cheese Whiz, boy? "

I eat mine deep fried ... the oil extracts the whiz during the frying process and leaves a nutritious ball of wholesome cheese.

I've had well-meaning friends and relations tell me that Cheez Whiz is neither Cheez nor Whiz.  They point out that the label reads, "Processed Cheese Food" as if that was a bad thing.

I have found, however, that if you place a few cans of Cheez Whiz in close proximity to a box of Ritz crackers, a horde will descend like a plauge of locusts and devour everything in sight.  In addition, placing a platter of crispy becan next to the crackers produces a working Bubba trap.
