the unit itself.. the green light for USB is on ? also OP3-4 light is on and button is pressed in for that?
within sonar > in preferences/audio/devices you see the unit listed for input output BUT for output , 2 boxes.. both sets ticked?
and other brand things unticked , e.,g. realtec etc?

go down to the playback /record tab.. switch that to asio
if you get issues with sound etc, go driver settings tab..
"asio panel" button and adjust as you need.
generally : when you installed, you using the web drivers AND install it without the unit plugged in / reboot and it'll "find device"
with other soundcards enabled..= you can't select asio.
in windows control panel.. I'd leave your system soundcard as "default soundcard" and not the focusrite.. but thats up to you.
I have the same unit, works great.. far better than the m-audio ozone it replaced.
