How do I bounce a MIDI clip in an instrument track to audio?

Find the track drop down menu. Bounce to track is in there. There are a couple outstanding bugs with this.
If you have any automation envelopes, make sure you set your metronome count in to zero and set it to
use a midi note. That will allow you to send automation on channel one. If you have automation on other
channels, you'll have to temporarily change them to channel one. There is no other work around for this problem.
    Best of luck!

Mike, try good old fashioned MIDI track paired with an Audio track - It's much less confusing.

If you want to to use the advise from rbowser, do not forget you can easily turn a instrument track into a MIDI/Audio combination. You can revert that operation too. So no need to set up a MIDI/Audio track if you already have a instrument track.

Alternatively, just freeze your instrument track and then copy and paste it to an audio track!
